A daily from the Baloonatics... which begins with an Italian newspaper writer conning Modesty to join him in a hot air balloon race only to find he has steamy intentions of making love to her in the air. As the story unfolds, the balloon makes an untimely decent into a cult. Here, Modesty is featured in 2 of the 3 panels with a nice figure shot in panel 1 and a close-up in the final panel. The original is in excellent condition, with an image area of 5.5 x 18.75" on a larger 7 x 22" board. All lettering is pasted on. Like most of the Modesty dailies, this one has been stripped and is on the top layer of 4-ply illustration board.
