Some good an exciting news today. Richard Moore has once again opened his commission list. There are three slots available. If you recall, the last couple times, they've gone quickly. But they might go even quicker, with this added incentive Richard has chosen to offer: Anyone who gets an 11x17 size commission, gets a 15% discount on the listed price if they are a first time buyer.
