Here's a beautiful, early page featuring one of the first appearances of the Utroms (in human form at that!). We also get to see the moment that Splinter gets kidnapped that would lead to the major story arc of the Turtles in Space (issues 4-7)! Most pages from issue #3 that have been publicly seen are from the long and funny car chase...there are very few pages from that book that are important towards moving the story. And this is one of them! This is one of the last books where Eastman & Laird did EVERYTHING in the book: writing, art, layouts, and lettering. So cool...The page is roughly 8.5 X 12 on beautiful, classic Mirage Studios Duo-shade board.
