Original Title Splash artwork for Conan the Barbarian #47 (Marvel Comics, 1975) by the outstanding talents of "Big" John Buscema (pencils) and one of the finest finishers in the business, Dan Adkins (inks). This is the opening scene for the story entitled, "Goblins in the Moonlight," which was adapted by Roy Thomas from the novel, "Kothar and the Conjurer's Curse" by the legendary writer, Gardner F. Fox. This piece features a nice close-up of Conan and the lovely Stefanya, whom he the barbarian had just rescued from a blood-crazed mob. Art is in excellent condition with image size measuring approx. 10" x 15." Signed by artist Buscema. http://www.archangels.com/catalog-detail.php?id=4046
